Reorganize todo.org: flatten hierarchy and sort by priority
- Move all tasks to same level (no nested headers)
- Add "Idea from:" attribution for external sources
- Sort tasks by priority (A, B, C, D)
- Expand build logging task with archsetup UX reference
- Clarify multi-variant builds as very low priority
- Trim Resolved section for brevity
