Reorganize todo.org and add architectural/test improvements
- Move completed items to Resolved section
- Add RAID configuration tests (mirror, raidz)
- Add pre-flight validation to install-archzfs
- Add task to extract install-archzfs into testable functions
- Add negative/failure test cases
- Add install-archzfs --dry-run mode
Improvements based on quality engineering principles:
fail fast, testable architecture, error case coverage.
