Subject: Update ratio session doc: kernel 6.15.2 now default with clean GRUB
 menu

- Created custom GRUB entries for cleaner boot menu
- Set kernel 6.15.2 as default, LTS as fallback
- Pinned linux package in pacman.conf
- Documented UUID gotcha with mirrored NVMe boot partitions
