Subject: feat(hyprland): add fuzzel launcher and pinentry-fuzzel

- Replace wofi with fuzzel in archsetup
- Add fuzzel config with waybar-matching theme
- Add pinentry-fuzzel script for GPG passphrase prompts
- Add Hyprland-specific gpg-agent.conf using pinentry-fuzzel
