This is the archsetup-side bookkeeping: the spec flips DRAFT to IMPLEMENTED with all five Decisions resolved, the todo task closes with the resolution, and the live-eyeball checklist (default switching, faders, master quick-mute, and push-to-talk in a real meeting) lands under Manual testing and validation.
