Subject: feat: install Claude Desktop from the AUR

The claude-desktop package repackages Anthropic's official Linux .deb with pinned checksums. It pulls in qemu-system-x86, edk2-ovmf and virtiofsd for its Cowork VM, the first QEMU stack the installer brings in.

I put it with the other messaging apps rather than behind the claude-code flag, which only covers the curl|sh CLI install.
