I added defcustoms for them so the wording can be localized or adjusted. The format-string ones keep their %d/%s directives, with the order spelled out in each docstring. I also dropped the dead :info severity from chime-validate-configuration's docstring. The function only ever emitted :ok, :warning, and :error.
