Four export/publishing commands shelled out to external tools without checking they exist, so a missing tool surfaced as an opaque process error — or, for reveal.js, a silently broken presentation. I added a command-time guard to each that names the tool and what's needed:

- zathura, in the pandoc PDF export-and-open command
- the hugo binary and the platform file-manager opener, in hugo-config
- the local reveal.js checkout (run scripts/setup-reveal.sh), shared by the reveal export and preview commands
- pandoc, in the web-clip protocol handler

The checks run only when the command runs, so startup stays quiet. Each guard has a test asserting the user-error fires when the tool is absent, and the existing happy-path tests now stub the lookups so they exercise the real path rather than tripping the new guard.

Seventh classification batch: the thirteen Org modules — config, agenda, babel, capture, contacts, drill, export, noter, refile, reveal, roam, webclipper, hugo. I annotated each header, added a Batch 7 table to the inventory, and extended the validation allowlist. 65 of 102 modules are now classified.

The daily workflows (config, agenda, capture, refile, roam) keep their eager reason per the spec's Phase 6 target. Babel and contacts move to after-load; export, reveal, drill, noter, webclipper, and hugo become command-loaded. The agenda and refile idle-timer caches are recorded as the side effects the spec already tracks for cache-lifecycle work. No new hidden dependencies.

<title>fix(org-export): remove contradictory org-export-with-tasks default</title>

org-export-config.el set org-export-with-tasks twice in a row — first to ("TODO"), then to nil. The final value won (export no tasks), but the stale first assignment and its "export with tasks by default" comment contradicted it, so the intended policy was ambiguous on a read.

Removed the leftover ("TODO") line. nil is the deliberate default: it is the value that was already winning, its comment matches, and it sits with the adjacent "export without tags / section numbers by default" settings. Added a smoke test that fires the deferred ox :config and pins org-export-with-tasks to nil so a future flip is caught.

jq-interactively (C-c C-q). Upgraded prog-yaml to yaml-ts-mode with
prettier formatting. Both use treesit-auto for grammar management.
Includes 18 new tests (10 JSON, 8 YAML), 185/185 passing.

<title>refactor: Use cj/log-silently for debug messages</title>

Converted debug/informational messages to use cj/log-silently instead of
message across multiple modules. These are automatic initialization or
background task messages that don't need minibuffer display but should
still be logged to *Messages* buffer.

Changes:
- org-agenda-config.el: Cache build/hit messages (4 messages)
- org-refile-config.el: Cache build/hit + mode switching (5 messages)
- org-export-config.el: reveal.js download message (1 message)
- auth-config.el: oauth2-auto cache fix message (1 message)
- quick-video-capture.el: initialization message (1 message)

All modules now require system-lib for cj/log-silently function.
Keeps UI clean while maintaining debuggability.
