Bring them in line: - tests/test-cj-cache.el -> tests/test-cj-cache-lib.el - tests/test-cj-org-text-sanitize.el -> tests/test-cj-org-text-lib-sanitize.el Update file headers, provide forms, and the in-commentary references. No behavior change.
