docs: Add session notes for 2025-11-04 grammar checker test suite
Documented comprehensive test suite implementation:
- 15 tests covering LanguageTool integration (6 unit + 9 integration)
- Test fixtures with known grammar errors
- Applied quality-engineer.org testing philosophy
- All tests passing and integrated with Makefile
