fix: Reapply dashboard, weather config fixes and todo updates
- dashboard-config.el: Change "Ebooks" to "Books" label
- weather-config.el: Fix variable name to wttrin-favorite-location
- todo.org: Add music player and mousetrap investigation tasks
- history: Update command history
