* fix(shell): require external-open, scope tramp revert, drop dead configCraig Jennings8 days1-17/+5
| | | | | | | | - dirvish-config, dwim-shell-config: both call cj/xdg-open (external-open) but relied on init.el requiring it before them, and dirvish's require comment misattributed it to system-utils. Added the require to both and corrected the comment and both Runtime-requires headers. - tramp-config: revert-without-query was set to '(".*") inside the TRAMP module, so every file in Emacs reverted without confirmation. Scoped it to the TRAMP path regexp, so local files keep their revert prompt and remote files skip the round-trip. - tramp-config: removed the sshfast method (referenced nowhere, scp and sshx handle everything) and a duplicate tramp-own-remote-path add-to-list. Tests: new runtime-requires assertions for both modules, red first under make test-file. The tramp :config edits are verified in the daemon. Suite green.
* feat(tramp): add phone FTP quick-access entry with passive-mode ange-ftpCraig Jennings12 days1-0/+7
| | | | The phone's FTP server can't open active-mode data connections back to the client, so LIST hangs under ange-ftp's default. Passive mode fixes it and is the safer default for any NAT'd server. Requires a CLI ftp client (GNU inetutils on Arch).
* docs: normalize generated-file headers and prune obvious commentsCraig Jennings2026-06-281-1/+0
| | | | The theme-studio and browser-choice generators now stamp their output with a header that names the authoritative source and says to regenerate rather than hand-edit. I regenerated both files to match. I also deleted six obvious "describe the next form" comments, replaced two stale placeholders in titlecase.el and an incomplete FIXME in org-checklist.el with real rationale, and condensed early-init's header and Commentary.
* chore(elisp): clear byte-compile warnings (calibredb, config-utilities, ↵Craig Jennings2026-06-241-0/+9
| | | | | | | | tramp, diff, chrono, auth) Add declare-function/defvar declarations for lazily-loaded package functions and variables so each module compiles cleanly standalone; config-utilities wraps two lazy EmacSQL oref slot reads in with-no-warnings. No behavior change. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01BqrdWUo9GcznYX2pZr76gZ
* docs(load-graph): classify remaining domain and optional modulesCraig Jennings2026-05-241-0/+8
| | | | | | Final classification batch: the last 19 modules — linear-config, local-repository, lorem-optimum, mail-config, markdown-config, music-config, pdf-config, quick-video-capture, reconcile-open-repos, restclient-config, slack-config, system-commands, telega-config, tramp-config, transcription-config, video-audio-recording, vterm-config, weather-config, wrap-up. I annotated each header, added a Batch 9 table to the inventory, and extended the validation allowlist. 101 of 102 modules are now classified; only elfeed-config remains, deferred on its test fix. Two more hidden dependencies turned up. video-audio-recording uses the boundp shim for its C-; r binding, and mail-config registers C-; e directly without requiring keybindings, so it errors standalone rather than degrading. Both recorded for Phase 2.
