M-<arrow> now mirrors C-; b <arrow>. From a sole window it pulls a sliver split open on the opposite edge, revealing the previous buffer. In a multi-window layout it nudges the divider via windsize.
cj/window-resize-sticky derives the arrow with event-basic-type, so one command serves both chords. M-up/down were unbound, and M-left/right shed word-motion, which stays on C-left/right. org and other modes that own M-arrow still shadow it, so C-; b remains the universal binding.

The sole-window pull split toward the arrow at 50/50, so a fullscreen terminal jumped above the revealed buffer at half height. Now the reveal opens on the opposite side and is minimized to a sliver, so the current window keeps the arrow's edge near-full and the sticky windsize arrows shrink it step by step, matching the feel of resizing an existing split.

When the selected window fills the frame there is no divider to resize, so the arrow now splits toward its direction with the previous buffer and the original window shrinks from that edge. Multi-window resize is unchanged.

`C-; b <left>/<right>/<up>/<down>' moves the active window's divider that way (via `windsize'), then keeps `cj/window-resize-map' active so bare arrows keep nudging until any other key (or `C-g'/`<escape>'). `C-u N C-; b <right>' resizes by N.
windsize was on `C-s-<arrow>' (Ctrl+Super), which a tiling WM intercepts, so those keys were useless. I dropped that binding. The package is now `:commands'-deferred, and `windsize-cols'/`windsize-rows' drop to 2 (8/4 overshoots in a held nudge loop). `cj/window-resize-sticky' dispatches on the arrow that triggered it and arms the loop.
