Unchanged sources get no block. An all-quiet sweep renders as one line. Scan failures keep their loud banner and the suggested-actions line stays when actions are queued. Telegram dev-community group traffic (zed, GNU Emacs, Kitty) is dropped from sweep reports entirely unless Craig asks.
