Add rescue tools and ZFS rescue guide

- Add tealdeer, pv, rsync, mbuffer, lsof to ISO packages
- Pre-populate tealdeer cache during build for offline tldr
- Create RESCUE-GUIDE.txt with comprehensive ZFS recovery section
- Copy rescue guide to /root/ on ISO
