Add initramfs and reboot verification tests
- Check zpool.cache is present in initramfs (catches cachefile bugs)
- Add reboot test: issue reboot, wait for system to come back
- Verify ZFS pool healthy after reboot
- Ensures the installed system can survive a reboot cycle
