refactor: remove archsetup references, make installer standalone
- Remove copy_archsetup function and calls from ZFS/Btrfs paths
- Update SSH hardening messages to generic advice
- Change sanoid references to tips without archsetup dependency
- Improve filesystem dialog descriptions
