feat(archsetup): add slack with Wayland/DWM conditional

Add slack-desktop-wayland for Hyprland, slack-desktop for DWM.
Update Claude startup prompts, fix Hyprland portal/waybar startup
order, add signal-desktop Wayland .desktop override.
