feat(hyprland): update gaps, launcher, and focus settings
- Increase default gaps (in=25, out=30)
- Add mod+shift+- to close all gaps
- Replace wofi with fuzzel for app launcher
- Disable follow_mouse for better laptop experience
- Update exit menu to use fuzzel
