session: fix GPG/pinentry auth by restarting gpg-agent in xinitrc
Previous fix (disabling emacs.service) did not resolve the issue.
Added reset-auth call to .xinitrc after DISPLAY export so gpg-agent
inherits correct environment before apps start.
