feat(wallpaper): replace nitrogen with feh
nitrogen was removed from Arch repos. Migrate to feh:
- Add feh to archsetup pacman installs
- Update .xinitrc, lf, ranger, and monitor script
- feh auto-creates ~/.fehbg for wallpaper restore
