refactor(mimetypes): clean up resetmimetypes script
- Add shebang
- Fix nsxiv → feh for images
- Fix typo in image/jpeg MIME type
- Fix Transmission desktop file name
- Change web handler from Firefox to Chrome
- Remove commented cruft (296 → 124 lines)
- Trim redundant LibreOffice/VLC MIME types
