chore(tasks): review the seven stalest tasks and regrade two
Walked the oldest-unreviewed batch. The net-doctor VM verification is
solo now that the archangel harness makes it agent-driven. The
privilege-model task's remaining list matches the dotfiles tree: net is
wired, bluetooth is partial, audio is untouched, and adoption is the gate
only, never new actions. The audio mic bug and the VM-cloning child both
drop to C by the matrix, arithmetic recorded.
