feat(install): install bash-language-server with the shell tools
prog-shell.el warns at every Emacs start when the server is absent, and nothing installed it: shellcheck and shfmt were in the script, this one only had a manual npm note in the module header. Arch ships it in extra, so it goes in beside them as a pacman package and survives the next rebuild.
