feat(archsetup): add btrfs snapshots and Zen 5 workaround
- Add snapper, grub-btrfs, inotify-tools for btrfs systems
- Configure snapper with conservative retention policy
- Add is_amd_zen5() detection for CPU family 26
- Add Hardware Workarounds section with RDSEED32 fix (CVE-2025-62626)
